Marcia advises on M&A / Private Equity transactions (LBOs, acquisitions, fund raising, business combinations, restructurings) on behalf of French and foreign companies, as well as on banking, financing and corporate law issues, in a national and international context.
Marcia holds a Master I in Business Law – Corporate Law and a Master II in Business Law – Banking and Financial Law from the University of Clermont Auvergne.
She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.
