Teddy works on a widerange of corporate transactions. He focuses especially on M&A deals (LBO, Private Equity, mergers) for French and foreign companies as well as corporate law issues.
Before joining us, Teddy gained experience in law firms specialised in Private Equity and M&A in Paris and, then, he practiced as a lawyer within Lacourte Raquin Tatar.
Teddy holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Management from HEC Paris. He also holds a postgraduate Degree in Corporate Legal Advice (Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil d’Entreprise – DJCE) from the University of Poitiers, a certification in Corporate Law from University of Montpellier as well as a Master II in Legal Careers from the University of Poitiers.
He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2018.
